Do you have extremes of feeling: anger/numbness; fear/fearlessness; afraid to be alone/pushing others away? Maybe you have a sense of yourself as being very different with different people, or in different situations. You may have some ideas as to the roots of your current difficulties, or it may feel as though it has come out of nothing. It may be that you have struggled to find a therapist who can offer more than a limited number of sessions, or that you haven't felt able to bring the different parts of yourself. I work in person in Leeds LS6, or online using video with text chat. Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60, and take place at the same time each week.

I offer creative and/or talking therapy. I am dissociation-friendly and neurodivergent-friendly. I am also able to offer screening and diagnosis and/or to work long-term with dissociative disorders including DID, and with those who have experienced organised and extreme abuse. I am able to work with people experiencing NPE/unexpected DNA results.
