I work in a warm, down-to-earth way, helping you feel heard without judgment. My approach focuses on understanding your experiences and helping you make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I am a creative, integrative counsellor with over 12 years of post-qualification experience. I work with individuals, couples and students, including student counsellors. Working both face-to-face and via video calls.
I offer a creative space where we can work on relationships with self and others looking at communication styles and exploring how to implement healthy boundaries, which help you recognise your value and grow your confidence. I also explore emotions to understand the core message they are notifying us about. uncovering un-met needs and then how to meet them.
