Through our conversations, we will focus on furthering your understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to uncover what makes life worthwhile and meaningful for you. We gently allow any difficulties you may have experienced to come to the fore, whilst bearing in mind the changes you seek.
It can be hard to talk freely to others in our lives, thus I offer an opportunity to discuss any aspect of your life that you wish to bring. This may be on a short term or open-ended basis.
