Together we can explore your fears and anxieties in a confidential non judgemental setting; look at your patterns of thinking and beliefs, identifying and changing any which may not be helpful; and we can examine any difficulties you may have in forming and keeping relationships. These processes may also involve learning new strategies to cope or relax.
I have I have been a counsellor for 25 years, of which 16 years have been in private practice; 7 years in an agency specialising in domestic abuse, and 20 years with a bereavement agency. I also have 16 years experience of Supervising both trainee and experienced counsellors and am a BACP Snr Accredited Supervisor.
