MyReset Counselling was named after a client who said counselling was his “reset button”. I am here to offer support to clients who live in or have lived experience of being in the care system. Other clients may be living with the impact of trauma, separation and loss, attachment needs or bereavement. Others may be exploring their cultural identity.
I enjoy seeing people move towards achieving the changes they identify for themselves.
My specialism is working with children and young people. I have experience of working within the looked after system with individuals, families, foster carers and schools. Sessions offered inc loss, attachment, domestic abuse and emotional wellbeing. Creative and or talking approaches are available with the client’s best interests at heart.
I am open to and experienced in working with a wide age range of people from small children to adults. It is fulfilling to go on the persons journey alongside them and see changes occur sometimes in very small but significant stages, to see their inner resilience grow as they face new challenges in different ways. I look forward to hearing from you .
