I understand that life can be difficult and challenging and you may be struggling because you are going through a transitional period or feeling stuck which can be hard to deal with on your own, but it does not have to be. I provide a safe and supportive setting, free from intrusions and distractions that is confidential and respectful, whilst maintaining impartiality, integrity, and reliability. "The journey to healing is unique and personal one and you will need a guide, but the maps we are using does not identify the precise journey that we will take to get you there. However, I will be there with you to support you."
I work with a wide range of issues; including depression, anxiety, stress and grief. However, I specialise in working with clients experiencing relational problems, sexual trauma, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, disassociation and impostor syndrome. I do not give advice, and Integrative counselling is not one approach that fits all.
I will encourage you to talk about what's concerning you in order to uncover any root causes and identify your specific ways of thinking. There may be some specific issues that you want us to look at, and support you with creating your goals for therapy. I will help you reconcile your issues, or help you to find some interventions for coping strategies.
