About
I help young people age 13-20, to recognise and understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviour to express themselves meaningfully. Young people who may feel dismissed with a sense of not belonging. Or have experienced trauma at school or in the community. My work is to prevent mental health crisis and improve likelihood of success in education, employment and training. I am passionate about young people wellness and success, emphasis on young person centred approach. Over the years I have foster cross-disciplinary relationship with other youth practitioners and clinicians helping to broader my knowledge and share information.
I am an expert Youth Intervention Practitioner, experienced in the field of Youth Psychology and Occupational Psychology. I use my skills in psychometric assessment and psychologically informed conversation to help young people in 5 steps: I help young people explore and reflect. I validate and motivate. Together we action plan for the future.
