Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I have over thirty years experience as a therapist and trainer. In addition, I have significant experience offering clinical supervision to a range of professionals, delivered, predominantly, in organisational contexts. These include - NHS, local government, private business and the third sector. I have worked with a range of different presenting issues and would welcome an initial conversation with you in order to explore whether my style and approach are a fit for you?
I work from within a context of a humanistic approach, specifically I am a client centred psychotherapist. What this means to me is that I will provide you with conditions in that therapeutic space for you to explore whatever issues and difficulties you may be encountering.
The development of a relationship, is central to the way I work. I will create for you a safe and collaborative space in order for you to explore whatever concerns or issues you have. At times, it isn’t clear why talking about a particular concern or issue can help. However, in my experience, it is simply that process that allows you to understand more.
