I understand that everyone's story is different, and it's okay to need some help telling it. I am an MA-trained Psychotherapist, specialising in supporting children and adolescents to thrive. I know that starting therapy can feel scary, so making sure you feel safe and comfortable is my biggest priority. I am particularly experienced and confident working with neurodivergent young people, who might have been consistently failed by the system and sadly experienced trauma along the way. I can offer a warm listening ear, gentle yet effective psychotherapy interventions, as well as a big dose of playfulness along the way!
My approach will be completely built around you. I don't make any assumptions or set any expectations of you. I have a large toolkit ready and waiting, from art materials to games, puppets to picture cards, the sand tray to fidget toys... or just talking! I can support you to share your difficult thoughts and feelings in ways that feel easiest for you.
If you're feeling stuck, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out for a free 15-minute chat to learn more about how I can help support your story.
