I am a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist with expertise in supporting people with wide range of mental health problems, and those going through personal challenges related to their social, relational, or life circumstances. I have worked in the NHS with adults of all ages for many years and am an active researcher with expertise in personalising psychological treatments, and in developing novel psychological treatment packages. I offer one-to-one goal-focused psychological therapy, predominantly via video-conferencing / online with meetings usually outside of 9am-5pm office hours including weekends.

I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapies including CBT and third wave CBT approaches to treatment for adults with a range of difficulties, including: depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social phobia, specific phobias, health anxiety, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and bereavement, and related difficulties.
I always like to hold brief initial meetings to consider the fit between us and think through the goals for therapy before agreeing on a course of work. I find this works best in a free 15 minute phone or video call but am happy to answer questions over email before such meetings too.
