I am an Integrative Counselling Psychologist with experience working within the NHS and the voluntary sector. I work with adults suffering with a range of different mental health and emotional difficulties. Difficulties worked with include i Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, OCD, Trauma / PTSD, Health Anxiety, issues related to autism spectrum conditions, as well as any other emotional, relational or adjustment-related issues you may be struggling with. Whatever you may be experiencing, I will provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to explore your difficulties.
I offer short-term, more focused therapy and longer-term, exploratory therapy. I am an Integrative therapist, and can provide Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred / Humanistic and Mindfulness-based approaches. I also draw from Compassion focused therapy and Dialectic-behavioural therapy (DBT).
