I offer a privileged, safe holding space with unconditional positive regard, acceptance and empathy . I will hold your hand and we gently navigate these challenges together .
Building positive "therapeutic relationships is at the heart of what I do. I work with an eclectic approach, using different therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs .work with CBT, Person centered therapy and Schema therapy. Areas of specialty include; Menopause, childhood trauma, Seasonal affective disorder ( SAD),depression, anxiety.
