I am a qualified, accredited counsellor and Psychotherapist and I work with young people (16+), adults and couples. I can help you go through changes in your life or decide to make a change. I can support you through your grief, loss, career choices, relationship issues, communication, work related problems, stress, depression, anxiety or trauma.
Life can be a struggle at times and having someone who helps you make sense of your overwhelming feelings can be soothing. Someone who takes time to listen and tries to understand what life is like for you can be calming and help you find your own direction. I have been trained by Relate as a Relationship Counsellor and by Cruse as a Bereavement specialist.
