I am a fully qualified and highly experienced art psychotherapist, parenting consultant clinical supervisor. I provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children, families and adults through art psychotherapy, VIPP-SD (Video feedback Interaction to promote Positive Parenting and Sensitive Discipline) and the Incredible Years Parenting Programme. I have over 12 years of clinical experience working for CAMHS/NHS, charities and within educational institutions with parents, children and adults with varied abilities including neurodiversity. I am passionate about helping others discover inspiration and a fulfilling life.
I offer one to one or family/parenting sessions for those who are looking to find inspiration in their life or support to get to where they feel most fulfilled. I do this through creative therapy, offering in person, walking or online treatment.
It is always hard to start with finding support. There is so much out there. My job is to work with you to build on the strengths you already have by looking at where you are now and thinking about where you hope to get to on an individual basis or as part of a family. Art and nature can provide another view point or a helpful distraction to our sessions.
