I am a highly experienced individual psychotherapist focusing on relational attachments and childhood trauma while working with themes like trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, sexuality, relationship challenges and everyday struggles. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on the Person-centred and Psychodynamic approaches, placing you and your experiences at the centre of the therapeutic process. Together, we will collaboratively decide on the path of therapy to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and gain deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I also specialise as a GSRD (Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity) therapist, offering a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals as well as those who are kinky, and/or in open relationships. My approach is sex-positive and non-judgmental, allowing you to explore your identity, relationships, and experiences freely with understanding and support.
I offer a confidential and empathetic space for you to explore your story and challenges at your own pace. This will help you develop a more integrated sense of self by deepening your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My fee is a sliding scale of £65-£85 daytime and £80 evenings (5-8pm). I offer free 50min initial session.
