You may be struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, conflict, or communication problems, and find the same dynamics repeating in romantic relationships, friendships, or at work. As a warm, relational psychodynamic therapist, I offer a space to slow things down and make sense of these experiences together, helping you feel more grounded, more confident, and better able to relate to yourself and others.

I work in a highly individual, customised way, using our time to really understand you and your unique experiences. As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I offer a thoughtful space to explore patterns at depth, helping you develop more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.
