I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I help adults and couples explore the past experiences, unconscious patterns, and inner conflicts that lead to depression, stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck in life and relationships. Together, we work towards greater clarity and fulfilment. To help you find the right fit, I offer a free initial consultation, and I only charge for our first full session if we decide to work together.

I focus on building a down-to-earth relationship where you feel safe enough to explore your thoughts and reactions without judgment. We’ll make sense of the different, sometimes conflicting sides of your personality and how they impact your life and relationships. Think of me as a partner in your process, helping you spot and process old patterns.

I have also co-founded Men Connect (recognized by City Hall). I offer a warm psychodynamic space to people from all walks of life. In person from Hackney & Online
