Hello, my name's Joseph.
I'm a qualified clinical psychologist, regiestered with the Healthcare Professional Coucncil (HCPC). This means I am trained to a high standard of professional practice. I have a broad range of experience working with people therapeutically. This includes work with people of all ages, in the private sector and a decade in NHS practice. I am experieced in offering psychological therapy informed by a range of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy.
Being human can be really tough sometimes. We can be affected by a range of problems including low self-worth, self-critical thoughts, low mood and anxiety. I can work with you to reduce the impact of these problems on your life, facilitate your ability to get in touch with your strengths and work towards goals that are meaningful for you.
I enjoy working with people of all ages. I particularly enjoy working working with people who are motivated for change, keen to commit to the therapuetic process and ready to step into a new and more hope-filled story about yourself, and your life.
