I’m one of the few dual qualified chartered Clinical Psychologists in the UK with over 10 years of training and experience in the NHS. I specialise in neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger. I’m passionate about treating people as individuals and providing psychological therapies that recognise our unique individual differences. My work aims to help people manage their most difficult feelings and experiences and reconnect people with the most meaningful parts of their lives. I work with young people, adults, and couples from our beautiful locations in Newmarket, Cambridge, and online.
I've completed both doctoral and postgraduate qualifications and training from world leading experts in Trauma Focussed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapies. I train psychologists at the University of East Anglia and have appeared as an anxiety and trauma expert on the BBC and Channel 4.
