I'm a BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist offering open-ended therapy in Brighton and Hove. I work with people from all kinds of backgrounds who are experiencing emotional difficulties and particularly those who are having issues in their relationships at home or work. I take a psychodynamic approach to therapy, which involves working in an exploratory way to understand the root cause of your feelings.
Psychodynamic therapy is based on the psychoanalytic theory that our childhood and early experiences influence our thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present. Alongside helping you to address psychological and emotional challenges, I can work with you to help you understand yourself on a deeper unconscious level to find more clarity and acceptance.
