Thank you for visiting my page. I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor. I support individuals with their general wellbeing, with particular areas of anxiety and stress, either on a short or long term basis. My main interests and expertise are helping people through significant change, connecting people with their feelings. Counselling can involve different types of loss. I have worked with bereavement, working with depression, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional and financial) anxiety and stress. I see clients face to face in WC1X, E17 and NW5, as well as over Zoom
I am curious about my clients and I invite my clients to be curious about themselves in our work together. I work with clients in the here and now but also very curious about my client’s past and how they got to where they are now. I support clients to find their own solutions.
I am also Trauma informed and use a range of techniques to support you.
