Are you experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety? Are you feeling tired or emotional for no reason, cannot keep up with life, have panic attacks, or struggling to deal with trauma? If so, I can help you. I work with people like you. I offer in person and online sessions. I also have experience of helping people who are having family problems, relationship difficulties, adjusting to life changes, bereavement, difficulties with anger expression, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) aiming to feel better and function well again.
Every person is different, so different approaches work for different people. I use an integrative therapeutic approach adapted just for you, using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Analytic therapy, and Psychodynamic techniques which will allow you to feel better and overcome your problems.
