That’s not always to say we get what we may have fantasised about but that we work on ourselves; and as we embark on this our dreams change and they become reachable as we become more teachable and learn about the authentic us and what we really want
I work integratively - an approach using many different theories that best suit you as an individual. The characteristics of a talking therapy is that it immediately reduces the anxiety that you may be feeling. I offer a safe place for you to come and share and explore. It's a journey to be relished as you become a better you.
I look forward to meeting you and watching you grow and become the person that you are meant to be, leaving behind the issues/problems that you initially present with.
