Hi, I'm Jorge. Whatever you may be struggling with, my aim is to help you understand and overcome your struggles, while supporting you in finding your way to a happier and more enriching life. In my practice I work with clients on a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, low-mood, relationship challenges and family difficulties, low self-esteem, loss, trauma and others. I am a firm believer that counselling is a collaborative process we embark upon together and I offer a genuine commitment to it. I deeply value the relationship I develop with my clients and I believe it to be a key part of the success of the therapy.
My therapeutic approach is Integrative Relational Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am particularly informed by the Humanistic, Attachment and Psychodynamic schools of therapy. This allows me to draw from different therapeutic models as opposed to following a one-size-fits-all model, which means we can find the best way of meeting your needs.
