People often come to me when something in their intimate, sexual or relational life feels confusing, stuck or quietly painful; recurring conflict, low/no desire, infidelity, shame or behaviour that is out of control, including compulsive sexual behaviour or pornography use. It might follow a birth, an illness or injury, a loss, or years of functioning well outwardly while privately struggling with intimacy, relationships, culture, or identity. This work goes beyond traditional talking therapy; direct, practical and emotionally attuned, helping us name what's happening rather than going in circles, so real change can actually happen
I'm a COSRT-accredited Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapist, working with individuals and relationships, bridging psychological depth with relational clarity. Built on years of clinical experience, my accreditation exists as quality assurance. I work directly and collaboratively, focusing on insight, accountability and sustainable change as a result
My academic background in Sociology Social Policy & Criminology, and mixed heritage (Chinese, Spanish and British), shape how I understand power, culture and relationships, including the dynamic between clients and therapist.
