I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor with a Master's degree in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford. I have over 10 years clinical experience in various settings, working with a wide range of issues including: • Addictive, Self-harming behaviours • Anxiety and Depression • Identity and Self-esteem • Loss and Trauma • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) • Relationship difficulties • Sex or Sexuality related issues.

Thinking psychodynamically, I will help you to get in touch with lesser known parts of yourself that might have been the driving force behind the repetition of problematic behaviours or relationship patterns. Together we will work though the root causes of your difficulties and make lasting changes.

I am a clinical member of the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA) which is an organisational member of The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I abide by the Code of Ethics and Practice of these organisations.
