I am a clinical psychologist who is keen to work with anyone who wants to make a positive change, to work on something that’s always bugged them, or to understand themselves a bit better so they can thrive. I want to be led by your goals. I have experience working with clients with a broad range of goals, from working on depression and anxiety to psychosis or wanting to understand their neurodevelopmental needs more (things like ADHD or Autism). Coming from New Zealand, I was trained biculturally, which has taught me to take any worldview into account - so I hope anyone working with me can be authentically themselves.
I am a senior clinical psychologist within the NHS. I work in a forensic hospital within our learning disability and autism service where I always tailor my work to the individual in front of me. I have a range of experience in many different areas (see below) and in different modalities. What I offer is a therapy experience tailored to you.
