I specialise in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent professionals who are juggling too much and feeling too little.
We’ll make sense of things together—without judgement, jargon, or awkward silences.
Therapy with me is about making sense of the mess, the mood swings, the “why am I like this?” moments. We talk. We laugh (sometimes). We gently poke at the hard stuff—grief, identity, low self-worth, burnout—and figure out what’s underneath.
My style? Calm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I won’t sit in silence and nod. I’ll ask questions, offer thoughts, and help you connect with the emotions that are quietly running the show.

I’m an accredited psychotherapist with years of private practice under my belt. I’ve worked in the NHS, led teams of therapists, and even lectured at a proper university. I bring experience, empathy, and a deep respect for the people I work with.
