Anxiety and depression are illnesses that often cause my clients to seek therapy. Needing to be heard and sharing unconscious emotions becomes the concentration of sessions. Positively assessing initial presenting ssues and the next step forward.
I bring a wealth of experience working in the LGBTQ community. Substance Abuse inspired me to embrace my interest in counselling. The conditions of anxiety and depression have become the most present in my therapy room. My training is integrative but I have interest in completing training in the modalitiea Gestalt and TA.
My aim when asking.you to share a safe space with me is to establish trust between us and create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable enough to access vulnerability, transparency and inner strengths
