I am a Chartered Psychologist who works in a trauma informed and LGBTQ+ affirmative manner. I strongly believe in the importance of offering an empathic and non-judgmental space. I am passionate about helping people build emotional resilience and raise self-awareness to allow them to reconnect to their values and sense of purpose.

I am trained in therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT) Psychodynamic, Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I believe in tailoring the therapy to meet the needs of each individual person.

I am registered with the HCPC and have clinical experience working in adult mental health within a range of clinical settings including the NHS, third sector and private practice. I have worked with a wide range of emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal difficulties.
