As a person-centred therapist I believe in the power of open and non-judgemental space to explore ourselves, that answers come when we understand the question we're asking. I'm here alongside you in that process, understanding and supporting you. I have had experience in multiple areas including addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, low mood and homelessness.
My practice is person-centred, that means that it is guided by you and the goals you set and is on your terms. You are in control of the session pace, as these sessions are your safe space, and we will keep an open dialogue to ensure that you’re always comfortable. Whatever brings you here, we can work on together to figure things out.
Whether speaking directly about your feelings or using art in the therapeutic space, I want to hold a space where you felt heard and non-judged. That is the space in which we feel most respected.
