I am a qualified psychotherapist having trained at the world renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. As well as running my own private practice I volunteered at Sutton Counselling & worked at an inpatient treatment centre for ex-service men and women dealing with PTSD. It is here, as well as a voluntary role with my local NHS IAPT service, that I gained extensive experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Because of this training & experience I am able to offer short and long term therapy using both psychodynamic and CBT methods. Online therapy has meant that I have worked successfully with clients across the globe
