I work with people who are feeling lost and are looking to explore how they might move forward.
Increasingly, I am sought out by individuals who despite achieving what they hoped for in life are feeling lost, unsatisfied and seek direction.
I have particular expertise in helping clients with: life transitions, loss of meaning or purpose, imposter syndrome and low self worth, and feeling stuck. I have particular experience in working with artists, creatives and high achievers.
I'm less interested in diagnosing you and more interested in understanding how you make meaning, and what a rich, purposeful life might look like for you.
I work with clients directly and collaboratively with emotional honesty and transparency.
My approach is open, warm, and intuitive. I'll ask questions that encourage you to think differently. I'll call out patterns when I see them. I'll also sit with you in the messy, uncertain parts without rushing to make it all make sense.
Therapy won't give you easy answers or quick fixes. What I can promise is a space where you don't have to pretend, where you can be honest about where you are at, and where we can work together to figure out what you actually want your life to look like.
