I am a highly qualified Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT) working 1:1 in a relational, collaborative manner. CAT looks at the way a person thinks, feels and acts, and the events and relationships that underlie these experiences (often from childhood or earlier in life). I have worked in both the private sector and NHS for 10+ years working with individuals with a range of presentations including anxiety and depression, mental disorders and individuals diagnosed with a personality disorder. I am also experienced using CBT and trained in REWIND therapy, used for treatment of phobias and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
