Hi, my name is Jonny, and I am a fully qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist registered with COSRT. Embarking on a therapeutic journey can initially feel daunting, but it can become a life-changing and affirming experience. It is my job to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to explore whatever issue is troubling you, although engaging in therapy can be hugely beneficial even without a specific problem.
I practice an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy which means utilising a range of different approaches and techniques rather than subscribing to one specific modality; different approaches work for different people and issues, and all might have something useful to offer.
