Welcome. I’m glad you’re taking the first step towards talking about how you feel. Whatever’s troubling you, perhaps I can help.
I work with people facing all sorts of challenges. Maybe you're feeling depressed or angry and you don't know why. Maybe anxiety has you going in circles. Or maybe something from your past keeps re-emerging and replaying itself. Whatever it is, together we will figure out what's happening for you, and from there, what you want to do about it.
