I provide a safe, calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to help you navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I’m here to support you. I can personally relate to life feeling overwhelming, confusing, and difficult to navigate. Therapy gave me a platform to understand my life (past & present) and who I am within this confusing world. My hope for you, is that you find the peace within yourself too.
I am a Level 7 (MSc) qualified person-centred psychotherapist, I specialise in working with adults (18+), offering a welcoming, calming, empathetic space for self-exploration, healing, and growth. While my core approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to create a tailored experience to fit your need.
