Hi! I'm Jon, and I'm a Clinical Psychologist, specialising in helping young people and adults navigate the challenges of stress, anxiety, burnout and returning to work. If you're feeling overwhelmed, low, or stuck, I'm here to provide you with emotional support and guidance. We’ll work together to understand the background to your struggles and develop strategies to overcome them. I have 20+ years of experience using a combination of proven therapies and often integrate evidenced digital tools and coaching techniques to achieve the best outcome.
I trained and practiced in NHS hospitals and spent some years working in Ethiopia. This means I have lots of experience supporting people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, and have a deep respect for difference. I also have a particular interest in supporting neuro-diverse individuals, helping them to build an understanding of their condition.
