As an integrative practitioner I call upon a range of concepts and therapeutic tools to help clients deal with dysfunctional ways of feeling, behaving and living. My principle belief is that despite the problems we encounter, we all have the capacity for change. sometimes this is hard to visualise, difficult to accept. problems can appear overwhelming and insurmountable. By working in collaboration with clients, as partner's with a common purpose, unhealthy rules for living and core beliefs can be challenged, this can lead clients to happier more fulfilling ways of being that reach into our untapped potential.
As an integrative practitioner I provide a relationship based service which draws on therapies that gives insight into your issues, relationships and emotions. Through working together we can access resources, resilience and strengths that can help overcome current difficulties and provide potential for you to be the best you can be.
Having someone to help unravel our fears and anxieties in an accepting, non judgemental environment can be life changing.
