My work focuses on trauma, attachment, nervous-system patterns, relationship difficulties, pressure, perfectionism, anxiety, shame and emotional shutdown. I work well with people more used to thinking, analysing or coping than feeling, and for whom personal matters can feel difficult to speak about.
I am a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered psychotherapist, Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Approved DBR Practitioner. My approach is kind, practical, down-to-earth and creative. I work online with clients in London, across the UK, Europe and internationally.
