I'm Jon, a person-centred psychotherapist. I offer a safe, accepting, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship in which I will walk alongside you as you explore and make sense of what you need to. I believe each person experiences life events in their own unique way. I strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers; our therapeutic relationship can facilitate you to find them. My approach is non-directive; the sessions will be yours own to go in the direction that you choose.
I am non-judgmental, regardless of my own values and beliefs you will be accepted for who you are and met with empathy as I increasingly gain a deeper understanding of you and your situation. I can be with you in chaos and stuckness, I can sit with you in deep thought and I can walk with you into dark places.
Whatever you have experienced, need support to get through or are suffering with, our person-centred therapeutic relationship can help. I offer a free half hour initial session with no obligation to move to regular sessions if you don't feel we fit.
