Hi I can offer trauma-focused psychotherapy, to help with complex trauma including anxiety and depression, panic, OCD, rumination, social and relationship problems.
I integrate two established trauma-focused therapies.
The first is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the second is EMDR. Trauma informed therapy helps you let go of emotional burdens, and history of all types of abuse, at a deep level.
I am an IFS Institute Level-3 therapist and an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. Often our most deepest issues stem from childhood and we work with reclaiming your childhood so it doesnt impact on adult life.
Most mental health problems can be seen through the lens of emotional trauma and suffering. The nervous system often carries wounds and we can heal these parts using Internal Family Systems therapy. We can unburden you of your suffering. I can help you with traumatic memories. I have specialised in attachment informee EMDR also and integrate emdr with IFS.
I can help you process emotional trauma, somatic pain, abuse, DID, c-ptsd, neglect, fears, any psychological issue which causes suffering. Together we explore how you adapted to survive, and how these protective parts overdo it. I have an interest in helping you with scapegoating, abuse, bullying, healing from narcissistic abuse and codependency.
