I am a fully trained psychotherapist (MBACP Reg. & MNCPS Acc.) and clinical supervisor with more than two decades experience. When life feels a little out of balance, it's important that we find our own answers to the things that concern us about our lives. It's also important that we do this in a way that suits our preferences, our needs and our styles. Whether weathering a storm in life, getting to heart of some old patterns that no longer serve us, exploring meaning in our lives or coming to terms with loss, psychotherapy can help us to develop greater self-esteem, resilience and self-compassion.
I work alongside people who are dealing with all kinds of issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, relationship issues, neurodivergence-related matters, depression, family issues, life choices, affairs and betrayals, separation, abuse, anger management, grief, low self-esteem or self-confidence, sex and sexuality, LGBT-related issues and stress.
