I'm a relationship counsellor in Bude, North Cornwall, seeing couples and individuals in person and online across the UK.
Something's not working, and you've probably already tried to fix it yourselves. Maybe you and your partner keep having the same argument without resolving it, or the distance between you has grown and you're not sure when it started. Maybe on your own, life doesn't make the sense it used to, and old coping strategies have stopped working. Before I trained as a counsellor, I spent thirty years in education, foster care and community work, which shapes how I sit with people now.
I have a particular focus on couples counselling and work relationally: differentiation-led, helping two people stay distinct while paying attention to what's happening between you, not just what's said. With individuals, the same relational lens applies to anxiety, trauma, life changes and social anxiety. I'm LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse affirming.
