My therapeutic approach is Integrative, identifying 'what works for whom' through a thorough assessment and a rigorous formulation of client difficulty. I am an experienced in CBT approaches including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Schema Therapy and work in private practice providing therapy to individuals and couples with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety spectrum disorders, depression, relationship difficulties.
I am an BABCP accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist, British Psychological Society accredited Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS.
My areas of interest are cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) for adults; Neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD); PTSD; Depression; Anxiety disorders including GAD and OCD; Addictions; Relationship problems;
Prior to training as a Psychologist, I worked in The City as an IT Consultant for 20+ years which provides me with a unique insight into many stress-related mental health problems commonly associated with working in the Banking, Legal, Insurance and other Corporate Sectors. I am experienced in working with clients who may face work-related stress.
