I have been working in support of mental health for the past five years, having experience in addressing issues such as trauma, stress, burnout, addictive processes, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, carer fatigue, health-related anxiety and sexual abuse. I know it can be extremely difficult in taking the first step on your journey of healing and I am committed to working with you respectfully. I work effectively with both both adults and young people.
I specialise in using IFS to help you in processing your complex emotions and experiences. I believe that self-compassion is an essential tool in bringing about positive and lasting change. By working fluidly with the parts of you which require your attention the most, I can help you find resolution, closure and peace. Let's find out how deep you really are.
From experience I know that you are truly the expert on your own life. I am interested in learning about you and helping you reach your goals in a nurturing way. You will find a safe, non-judgemental space with me where genuine curiosity will encourage you to feel secure in effecting change in a way that suits you best.
