Hi. I have helped people who experience issues such as depression, anxiety anger management, unresolved trauma /PTSD and more. I aim to offer you a safe non judgemental space to explore your issues and practical strategies to help you feel better and make constructive changes to your life. My training includes Trauma training, Focusing and Experiential psychotherapy, mindfulness, person centered, & whole body focusing psychotherapy.
I offer experiential body psychotherapy that goes beyond the talking cure. I draw on the experience knowledge & skills from completing a number of courses including: M.A in Focusing & Experiential Psychotherapy - training in Whole Body Focusing - Somatic based Trauma training - Mindfulness -and more. This approach helps clients to heal on a deeper level.
I offer handouts with practical Focusing & Mindfulness based strategies that you can use in between sessions for issues such as - stress - anxiety- anger management - relief from trauma symptoms & more. You can lean & practice these skills in the therapy room & use them in everyday life. These skills can enhance your welling. relationships & life.
