Hi. I have helped people with issues such as depression, anxiety anger management, unresolved trauma /PTSD and a host of other issues. I aim to offer you a safe space to explore your issues as well as practical strategies for helping you to feel better and make constructive changes to your life. My training includes Trauma training as well as Focusing and Experiential psychotherapy, including mindfulness, person centered, whole body focusing psychotherapy, and more.
I hold an MA in Focusing & Experiential Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling & Psychotherapy. I offer Focusing oriented - person centered and integrative psychotherapy and counselling. I have also completed training Trauma therapy, Whole Body Focusing psychotherapy & Mindfulness. I offer body-oriented therapy beyond the talking cure.
I offer practical focusing & mindfulness based strategies for you to work with your issues both inside and outside of the therapy room. I offer handouts that can help you with trauma symptoms, anger management issues, addictions, anxiety and more. These strategies can be broadened out and used for other life issues.
