Hello, my name is John. If you’re looking for a confidential, supportive space where you can feel truly heard, I can help. I offer support with a range of concerns, including past trauma, low mood, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and those thoughts or feelings that can be hard to put into words.
I am based north of Norwich, close to North Walsham & Wroxham, and offer face-to-face, online, and outdoor walking sessions, allowing you to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.
Creating an inclusive, respectful, and sensitive space is important to me, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
I aim to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and help you draw on your inner resources to move forward. I am a fully qualified, registered, experienced member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
