I am a LGBTQIA+ and trauma informed therapist and welcome people of all backgrounds. I work to help clients understand themselves better, to spot patterns and defences, and to gently encourage new ways of being. I am also interested in working with people who are using traditional plant medicines and psychedelics for their healing, to help with preparation and integration.
I am a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative therapist offering either short or long term counselling/psychotherapy. I create a safe space for you to explore who you are. All of you is welcome. We’ll mostly be talking but we will also take time to check into the body and to breathe and allow space to feel
I am currently working on zoom or offer walking in nature sessions in Highgate Woods or Alexandra Palace park with in person in the room sessions to start soon.
